Polini Hi-Speed is a complete variator kit that contains everything you need to significantly upgrade your variomatic system. In the box you’ll find a Hi-Speed Variators with improved roller tracks, a heat-resistant Drive Belts, two Torque Springs, a set of Trim Springs and two sets of Roller Weights of 5.6 grams and 6.9 grams, so you can fine-tune for best effect. The Drive Belts are made of a special material that resists high temperatures and prevents the belt from slipping when you go full throttle. The result is an improved pull-up from low speed and a higher top speed.

Fits Minarelli engine with 13mm crankshaft

The Polini Hi-Speed kit is designed for scooters with a Minarelli engine and requires a crankshaft with 13mm beams. It fits both vertical and horizontal Minarelli engine variants and covers popular models such as Yamaha Aerox, Neos, BWS/Spy and Slider as well as Aprilia SR, Rally and Scarabeo and models from Benelli and Beta. Check that your engine has exactly 13mm radii on the crankshaft before purchase, as the kit will not fit other dimensions.
