Stage6 Sport Pro 70cc MkII cylinder kit in top quality

The Stage6 Sport Pro 70cc MkII cylinder kit has been upgraded on several points and the high quality has of course been maintained. Performance has been bumped up to 2hp more, which is partly due to improved design of the flushing channels and exhaust port. Stage6 is aware of many ports on their cylinders and improved heat dissipation therefore has a lot to say. That’s why the cylinder head has also been upgraded with cooling fins on the top and bottom. The piston is a Stage6 R/T Replica with a curved top and the same type of 0.8mm piston ring that is also used on the Stage6 R/T piston. For this cylinder kit you need a spark plug with a short thread – we recommend an NGK BR9HS. The cylinder kit comes complete with gaskets, piston, piston ring etc. Note: ø12mm cross thread. It varies whether the kit is delivered with one or more bottom gaskets. If more than one is included, it is important that the squish is measured. The kit must run with a squish of 0.75 – 0.85 mm. NOTE: ø12mm cross spindle.

Note: The cylinder cannot be installed on models from 2003-> unless the restriction in the engine block is removed. If the cylinder is installed, it is no longer possible to use the original, or other Euro2, exhausts. Both apply to models from 2003->. This does NOT apply to PGO engines.
