Cylinder kit – Malossi Sport 70ccm – ø10mm

The Malossi Sport, with its good durability and powerful undercarriage, is a really good choice if you lack traction in the engine. The kit is made of cast iron and has a diameter of 47mm. For this Malossi cylinder, a spark plug with a short thread must be used – we recommend an NGK BR8HS . The kit is delivered complete incl. gaskets, piston rings, etc. NOTE: Has a ø10mm cross pin.

NOTE: The cylinder kit has a ø10mm cross pin. In order to guarantee that this cylinder fits your machine, we recommend that you measure your current cross stitch.

Note: The cylinder cannot be fitted to models from 2003->, unless the restriction in the engine block is removed. If the cylinder is fitted, it is no longer possible to use the original or other Euro2 exhausts. Both parts apply to models from 2003->. This does NOTapply to PGO engines.

Solid Malossi sport cylinder

If you drive many kilometers and want good durability, a cast iron cylinder is the right choice. With the correct choice of nozzle, spark plug and oil, the cylinder lasts many thousands of kilometers and you just have to make sure to maintain the kit with new piston rings or a new piston .
