Of course, this power doesn’t come from nothing and the Malossi MHR Testa Rossa 100cc kit was conceived with all the knowledge and experience Malossi has accumulated since their founding in 1930. This has led them to develop their iconic 7-port design that this kit shares with the other kits in the Testa Rossa range. This puts this kit in the Hyper-racing class by some margin, and is undeniably one of the most potent you’ll find for your machine in 2025.

In the design process of this Malossi MHR Testa Rossa cylinder kit, Malossi has searched every corner for possible optimizations and this has resulted in a special exhaust flange for the cylinder to support the angle-optimized exhaust port, which also contributes to the massive power that can be extracted from the cylinder.The exterior of the cylinder kit is also in a class of its own, as Malossi wanted to keep the flushing channels as large as possible while keeping the weight, amount of material and form factor as small as possible, giving the kit a unique twisted exterior design that is completed by the stunning two-piece cylinder head.

The cylinder kit comes complete with piston, piston ring, cross pin, cylinder heads, gaskets and various fittings as shown in the images.

Prerequisites and recommendations

Malossi has increased the volume and flow with a full ø52mm bore to offer as much power as possible, making it necessary to mill the crankcase largerlarger to accommodate the large bore on the cylinder and not least the larger crank with rod100 connecting rod that is also needed to run this wonder of a cylinder kit. For this cylinder kit, a long-threaded spark plug such as BR9ES is required.

• Crank: Malossi MHR Team (47mm stroke).
• Exhaust: Malossi MHR Supermoto 100ccm.
• Carburetor size: 30-34mm.
