Malossi Sport 70cc cylinder kit with powerful bottom drive

The Malossi Sport 70cc cylinder kit is one of the most popular choices when you want more power from your 50cc scooter. The upgrade from 50cc to 70cc gives a significant boost to the bottom end, making the scooter feel much more responsive from low speed. The kit is made from cast iron, which is known for its high durability and ability to withstand daily use. The Malossi Sport is a bit more rev-happy than e.g. Polini Sport, but the two kits are very similar in characteristics. Remember that this kit requires a Spark Plugs with long thread, NGK BR8ES, as the thread size is M14x19mm.

Suitable for models with Piaggio engines

This cylinder kit is intended for scooters with Piaggio 2-stroke air-cooled engines. It fits a wide range of models from Piaggio, Aprilia, Gilera, Derbi and Vespa, among others. The bore is 47mm with a 12mm cross-thread and a stroke of 39.3mm, so it’s important to check your engine specifications before purchase. The kit comes complete with Gaskets, Piston rings and everything you need for installation.
