The Polini Sport 70ccm cylinder kit improves your scooter’s performance and this can especially be felt on the pull-up. The cylinder is made of cast iron, which provides good durability and helps make it a reasonable upgrade compared to the original cylinder. The piston and cylinder head are made of aluminium, so the heat is dissipated quickly. For cast iron cylinders, we always recommend an approach of min. 200km. For this cylinder kit, we recommend using an NGK BR8ES spark plug and the kit is delivered complete incl. gaskets, piston rings, etc.

Note: This cylinder kit is with a ø10mm cross pin.

Note: The cylinder cannot be fitted to models from 2003->, unless the restriction in the engine block is removed. If the cylinder is fitted, it is no longer possible to use the original or other Euro2 exhausts. Both parts apply to models from 2003->. This does NOTapply to PGO engines.
